Lions Clubs International has been serving communities worldwide since 1917, guided by the belief that helping others strengthens society. Best known for fighting blindness through vision screenings, medical support, and the SightFirst Program, Lions also address diverse community needs, from caring for the environment and feeding the hungry to supporting seniors, children, and youth through scholarships, mentoring, and programs like Peace Poster Contest and Lions Quest. In times of disaster, Lions provide immediate relief and long-term recovery support, living out the motto: “We Serve.”
